• I'm not able to delete the contact in the contact page.

  Only owner can delete the contact.

• How many contacts can we upload at once?

  You can upload a maximum of 5000 contacts.

• My team member is not able to export contacts.

  Check the access of the particular user and if they have been added as a member. Note:Only admin and owner can export contacts.

• I've tried to upload contacts via advance import, I'm getting Parsing error.

  When you try to import more than 5000 contacts, you will get this error. Please try to upload contacts in batches of 5000.
