I'm getting unsubscribe message from customer. How can I refrain from sending messages in future?

1. Use channel configuration "Auto update resolve Message Opt-In" feature to switch off the opt-in automatically.

2. Use bot actions to switch off the opt-in message based on the keyword "Intent"

3. Based on the conversation in the right hand side contact page you can switch off the opt-in manually.

4. After doing either of the above points, while sending broadcast you will have to switch off the message opt-in.

5. In the broadcast preview page while sending the broadcast you will have an option of switching on the Opt-In.

Note: If you forget to switch on the Opt-In then unsubscribed contacts will also receive template messages
