• I've tried to upload contacts via advance import, I'm getting Parsing error.

  When you try to import more than 5000 contacts, you will get this error. Please try to upload contacts in batches of 5000.

• Where I can see the error report of advance import?

  Next to the validation error icon you will see three dots, Click on it to download the error report.

  This error occurs if the same name has been used more than once, the import name has to be unique.
