• I've tried to upload contacts through advance import, I'm getting a validation error.

  Next to the validation error icon you will see three dots, Click on it to download the error report. Errors can be off: invalid phone number, additional field values are not matching, not a valid email id, the number is a duplicate.

• I'm getting error while importing data./ I'm getting "Import already exists with the " error.

  This error occurs if the same name has been used more than once, the import name has to be unique.

• Where I can see the error report of advance import?

  You can upload a maximum of 5000 contacts.
