Why can't I see this conversation and I'm getting an error message that I don't have access?

• I'm getting an error when I'm trying to search a particular chat in the conversation page. I'm getting the error DONT HAVE ACCESS TO READ THIS CONVERSATION

  Check the access of the particular user and if they have been added as a member. Note:Only admin and owner can see others chats under open tab.

  1. Whenever a conversation is initiated by a user then the message opt-in button will enabled automatically for the user.
